Formerly an abandoned warehouse Eagle Rock Contracting remodeled 1090 Spencer Street into a modern workspace for Eagle Rock Realty. This office features ten glass offices, nine open offices upstairs, large windows, a glass garage door and modern lighting. This space has a full kitchen upstairs and a fun break room space. This office can comfortably hold 100 employees. Bringing a modern and new feel to downtown Conway, this may be one of the coolest offices you can find. 

Formerly known as The Washington Meadow Apartments Eagle Rock Contracting gave this 44 unit apartment complex a new sleek look. The exterior updates not only gave this complex a better look but also helped to improve this area. The exterior update of this project leaves a modern feel and fit to Conway. 

In 2021, Eagle Rock Contracting help transform 15 worn-down and abandoned units into a small updated and unique community in the heart of downtown Conway. The Lofts at the Prelude are located on Elm Street  where tenants can conveniently walk to downtown Conway and have a short bike ride to the UCA campus. These unique units all have two bedrooms and 1 bath. A few of the units also have a loft that can be turned into a fun space. These lofts also features granite countertops, balconies and his and her closets.
