Greg is a proud graduate of St. Joseph High School, Class of 2003. He then went on to earn his degree in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where he honed his skills in project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
After graduation, Greg moved to Houston, TX, where he gained valuable experience working on

After graduation, Greg moved to Houston, TX, where he gained valuable experience working on various construction projects. In 2012, Greg and his wife Rachel decided to move back to their hometown of Conway, where they have been living ever since.
In addition to his professional achievements, Greg is also a proud father of three children - Avery, Henry, and Lucy. When he is not working on construction projects, Greg enjoys spending time with his family.

Carl was born in Russellville and raised in Subiaco, Arkansas. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree. In 2006, he enlisted in the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic. During his time in the military, he managed personnel and equipment responsible for getting multimillion-dollar aircraft of

In 2006, he enlisted in the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic. During his time in the military, he managed personnel and equipment responsible for getting multimillion-dollar aircraft off the ground in support of missions around the world. In 2018, he earned an Associate's Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management.
In 2020, Carl attended Undergraduate Pilot Training at Vance Air Force Base and completed his training at Little Rock Air Force Base to become a C-130J pilot. He is still serving in the Air Force today.
In August 2022, Carl was hired as a Project Manager for Eagle Rock Contracting. In his role, he oversees and manages commercial and residential jobs from demolition to completion. He is excited to be part of a company that shares the same values that have been instilled over the past 17 years. Carl's diverse background and experience in managing personnel and equipment make him a valuable addition to the team at Eagle Rock Contracting.
